Model building
INOVx utilizes advanced proprietary software tools to construct a 3D CAD model
from a RealityLINx® Database. This is accomplished by fitting CAD geometry to
the objects in the laser-scanned clouds of points and photogrammetry stereo
photos. This process significantly reduces the time and effort required to
produce a 3D CAD model when compared to a conventional CAD system that utilizes
manual data collection or existing engineering documents. |

Verification
To ensure ±5 mm accuracy, all work is subjected to stringent checks and
balances during the field survey and modeling stages. Using highly specialized
software tools, the accuracy of the model is verified by superimposing the 3D
CAD geometry over the clouds of points and/or stereo photos. |

Intelligence
Using the proprietary INOVx system, the 3D model can be converted into a
specification-driven intelligent CAD model that includes all required
attributes. Additionally,RealityLINx provides the capability
for structuring the 3D model into user-defined conventions such as P&ID. |
